YuSub provides AI-powered subtitle translation for YouTube videos. By using our service, you agree to these terms. YuSub is a translation tool only — we do not host, store, or redistribute any video content.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Each plan has daily and monthly usage limits. Automated or bulk access to the service is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service. You agree to use translated subtitles for personal, educational, or accessibility purposes only.
YuSub translates existing YouTube subtitles using AI. We do not host, download, copy, or redistribute any video content. All videos are streamed directly from YouTube via their official embedded player.
Original video content and subtitles are the intellectual property of their respective creators. AI-generated translations are derivative works produced for personal use and accessibility purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of translated content complies with applicable laws.
YuSub does not claim ownership of any original content or translated output. We act solely as a translation tool to improve accessibility across languages.
YuSub respects the intellectual property rights of content creators. If you are a copyright holder and believe that translated subtitles on YuSub infringe on your rights, you may submit a takedown request.

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will promptly remove the cached translation and block future translation requests for the specified content.
YuSub is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
AI-generated translations may contain errors, especially for technical, medical, or legal content. Do not rely on YuSub translations for critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuSub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to YuSub in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YuSub, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to YuSub at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections 5-9 survive termination.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the service interface. Continued use of YuSub after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
